1. Bookings & Emergency Response
   Service requests submitted online or by phone are subject to technician availability and operational scheduling. While we strive to maintain exact arrival times, emergency calls, severe weather, or unforeseen technical complexities may require schedule adjustments. We will notify you promptly if any rescheduling is necessary.

1. Pricing, Estimates & Payment

• Estimates: Preliminary pricing provided online or over the phone is estimated. Final binding costs are confirmed after on-site inspection before work commences.

• Extra Work: Any additional repairs required outside the initial scope will be communicated and authorized by the customer prior to execution.

• Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellations & Site Access
   Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for non-emergency cancellations. To ensure successful execution, customers must provide our technicians with safe, clear, and unhindered access to the plumbing infrastructure and work area.

4. Warranties & Workmanship Guarantee
   We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Selected installations and major repairs include limited warranties covering labor and materials specified on your invoice. Warranties do not cover pre-existing structural flaws, pipe degradation due to age, customer misuse, or unauthorized third-party modifications.

4. Limitation of Liability
   Colvano Marketing AS executes all work with professional care. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including structural water damage caused by pre-existing hidden leaks or delayed reporting of an emergency failure prior to our arrival. Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the service provided.
